Currently, the external border at the entrance to Poland at border crossings with the Russian Federation and at air border crossings in terms of air connections with the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus can only be crossed by those categories of foreigners specified in §3 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of March 13, 2020 on the temporary suspension or restriction of border traffic at specific border crossings (see here). Persons who do not meet at least one of the above conditions are currently not allowed to enter the territory of the Republic of Poland.
