Straż Graniczna Komenda Główna Straży Granicznej (EN) RUSSIA - RESTRICTIONS AGAINST RUSSIAN CITIZENS - Obowiązujące ograniczenia wjazdu

On September 19, 2022, an amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of March 13, 2020 on the temporary suspension or restriction of border traffic at certain border crossings (see here) entered into force, according to which the entry to Poland of citizens of the Russian Federation was limited. Currently, only Russian citizens belonging to the categories of persons indicated in § 3 section 2 of the above regulation, they may cross the state border to enter Poland through road, rail, river, air and sea border crossings (regardless of the country from which the entry to Poland is made). Persons who do not meet at least one of the above conditions are currently not allowed to enter the territory of the Republic of Poland.
