Po złożeniu wniosku o udzielenie pomocy w dobrowolnym powrocie, Komendant Główny Straży Granicznej rozpatrzy go w terminie 5 dni, wydając stosowne rozstrzygnięcie.Rozstrzygniecie zostanie wysłane listownie na wskazany przez cudzoziemca adres, doręczone na wskazany przez wnioskodawcę adres poczty elektronicznej lub osobiście np. w siedzibie oddziału/placówki SG podczas prowadzenia czynności administracyjnych z jego udziałem.
Istotne jest podanie przez cudzoziemca we wniosku swoich danych kontaktowych (numer telefonu, adres e-mail, adres zamieszkania) umożliwiających nawiązanie kontaktu z cudzoziemcem w celu poinformowania go o planowanym terminie wyjazdu i szczegółach związanych z organizacją dobrowolnego powrotu.
Once an application for assistance with voluntary return has been submitted, the Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Border Guard will consider the application within 5 days and issue a decision. The decision will be sent by post to the address provided by the foreigner, delivered to the email address indicated by the applicant, or handed over in person, for example at the Border Guard Unit or Border Guard Post during administrative proceedings involving the applicant.
It is important that foreigner provide their contact details in the application (telephone number, email address and residential address), so that they can be contacted to inform them of the planned departure date and provide details concerning the arrangements for their voluntary return.
