Between 28 – th September & 2 – nd of October 2015, tere were conducted workshops entitled: Practise aspects of Administrative Procedures Code taking against foreigners staying in PL” at the Border Guard Center for Specialised Trainings.
This workshops states the 2 – Nd level In didactical process chich the 1 – ST level was course : Rules of conducting administrative procedures, esspecially these connected to foreigners”
The works hops had practise charakter and its scope included subjects as:
1. Overall rulet of administrative procedures,
2. The representatives’ role and tasks in administrative procedures,
3. The role and influence of opinions making by other official Dobies,
4. The most problematic elements of administrative procedures,
5. Taking and issueing administrative decisions,
6. Special procedur es included In Administrative Procedures Code.
The course was moderatem and conducted by lecturers from the BG Training Center and Phd Paweł Dąbrowski and MA Michał Chechelski
The participants taking part in the workshops were from all BG Divisions and Office for Foreigners, Voivodship Offices: Kujawsko – Pomorski, Śląski, Lubelski.
