The fourth editionof the training "Verifying the authenticity of documentsused by foreigners" ended on 6th August 2015. It was dedicated for migration and borderservices and the administrationresponsible for the implementation of procedures to legalize thestay of foreigners on theterritory of Poland and providing protection to foreigners in our country.
The 3-day intensive course was attended by officers of Podlaski, Nadbużański,Śląsko-Małopolski, Nadodrzański, Morski and Nadwiślański BorderGuard District Units as well as arepresentative of the Lublin Province Governor.
Classes conducted bythe lecturers of the Department of Criminology in BGTC in Kętrzyn allowed participants to familiarize themselveswith the methods of counterfeitingof travel documents and the documents submitted in the legalizationproceedings.
Thetraining was completed in the scope of the project no 26/ NMF PL 15/14 "Enhancing competence and qualificationsof public administration within the scope of migration and asylum with aspecial attention paid to preventing irregular migration" co-financed bythe Norwegian Financial Mechanism.
