On the 28-31 of July 2015 Border Guard TrainingCentre in Ketrzyn organized the thirdsession of the training dedicated to verification of authenticity of documentsused by foreigners.
Theparticipants of the training were the officers from 6 Border Guard RegionalUnits (Warmińsko-Mazurski, Podlaski, Nadbużański, Nadodrzański, Morskiand Nadwiślański) andrepresentatives
of Department for Foreigners.
Themain aim of the training was to widenknowledge about checking authenticity of documents, usage of different controltechniques and experience exchange in the scope of the most popular counterfeitmethods and counterfeit documents used by foreigners while entering Polishterritory or applying
forlegalization of stay.
Thetraining was completed in the scope of the project no 26/ NMF PL 15/14 "Enhancing competence and qualificationsof public administration within the scope of migration and asylum with aspecial attention paid to preventing irregular migration" co-financed bythe Norwegian Financial Mechanism.
