The meeting was attended by representatives of the management of the BG foreigners branch, penitentiary judges which supervisor guarded centers for foreigners and also by judges adjudicating on foreigners matters. The meeting was also attended by Dr Tomasz Sieniow - President of The Rule of Law Institute, who presented the conclusions and recommendations of the study carried on the use of alternatives to detention. During the meeting, there were organized a working visit to the Guarded Centre for Foreigners in Lesznowola.
The meeting with the representatives of the judiciary was also a platform to exchange information on measures to facilitate the effectiveness of returns, Border Guard experiences to support migration management in the countries affected by the mass influx of illegal migrants as well as in terms of actions to be taken in order to prevent secondary migration movements.
