Pomoc reintegracyjna udzielana jest przez Komendanta Głównego Straży Granicznej na wniosek cudzoziemca, który może złożyć za pośrednictwem placówki/oddziału Straży Granicznej.

Reintegration assistance is provided by the Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Border Guard upon application of a foreigner. The application may be submitted through a Border Guard Unit or Border Guard Post.
